New Image is committed to doing more than just merely warehousing the homeless. All our programs maintain Case Managers who provide and coordinate comprehensive and supportive services to better address a client’s unmet needs. It is this component that enables the Case Managers to develop an ‘Individualized Service Plan’, which identifies, specifically, the needs of each homeless or low-income individual or family, and how each need will be met.

Through this method jobs, housing placements, vocational trainings, financial assistance, and the resolution of other unmet needs is accomplished. Placement into permanent housing includes monthly follow up for up to 180 days. With this continued provision of supportive services, stability in independent living can be maintained.
