We have been the Central Coordinating Agency (CCA) for the ‘Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS’ (HOPWA), Hotel /Motel and Meal Voucher Program, since 1993 (Countywide). Our Corporate Office includes the Voucher Managers who oversee and operate all the services of the HOPWA Hotel /Motel and Meal Voucher Program. Any agency throughout Los Angeles County, that has a HIV/AIDS individual or family needing temporary housing and food, can access the program while Transitional or Permanent Housing is being secured.
