Project Youth is a service-enriched program that provides extensive and comprehensive Case Management and Street Outreach services to “Homeless Unaccompanied Runaway Youth” ages 11-24. The Youth Program Provides services to Homeless Unaccompanied Youth through Case Management on site, and outreach off-site. The ultimate goal is to reunite families, however, sometimes this is not possible, at which time, they are referred to youth shelters that can further address the reason for homelessness, and the youth unmet needs.

Program Objectives

  1. Forty-two (42) or 70% of the 60 Homeless Unaccompanied Runaway Youth will be placed into emergency, transitional, or permanent housing, or family reunification upon exit from the program.
  2. Forty-two (42) or 70% of the 60 Homeless Unaccompanied Runaway Youth will achieve at least one of the goals stated in their Individual Service plan, prior to exciting the program.
  3. Thirty (30) or 50% of the 60 Homeless Unaccompanied Runaway Youth who have been reunited, have entered a job development, vocational or educational training program, and/or work-based learning program, prior to exiting the program.
